    Buy at the listed price or make an offer and negotiate with the seller. Your checkout total is shown before you pay.

  3. Complete checkout

    When an offer is accepted, complete payment in your bag before the checkout window closes. You are not charged until you pay.

  4. Choose delivery or pickup

    Choose courier delivery or in-person pickup where available. For courier delivery, select an available date before you pay.

  5. Receive your item

    After the item arrives, you have 48 hours to confirm everything looks good or raise a dispute from your order.

  6. Shop with buyer protection

    Every purchase includes buyer protection if an item is not as described, arrives damaged, or has an authenticity issue.

Selling on LUVED

  1. List in minutes

    Upload photos, let AI Auto-Fill create the details, set your price, and publish your listing.

  2. Receive and respond to offers

    Accept, decline, or counter an offer in the app. Your expected earnings are shown before you decide.

  3. Wait for confirmed payment

    After accepting an offer, the buyer has a limited checkout window. Your listing stays available until payment is confirmed.

  4. Agree the handover

    Once paid, coordinate collection in chat and have the item ready for courier pickup or an agreed in-person handover.

  5. Get paid

    Your payout is released after the buyer confirms the item or 48 hours pass after delivery without a dispute.
