- LUVED is a UAE marketplace for buying, selling, and gifting pre-loved fashion and everyday pieces. The app combines AI-assisted listings with secure payments, buyer protection, and delivery.
- Where is LUVED available?
- LUVED is available across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. Download the app on iOS or Android to see the delivery options available for your order.
- What can I buy and sell on LUVED?
- You can buy and sell approved pre-loved clothing, bags, shoes, accessories, and other everyday pieces. The app shows the categories and brands currently accepted when you create or browse a listing.
- How does buying on LUVED work?
- Browse or search for a piece, buy it at the listed price or make an offer, then complete checkout in the app. Choose courier delivery or in-person pickup where available, and confirm the item after it arrives.
- How does selling on LUVED work?
- Upload photos, use AI Auto-Fill to create your listing, set your price, and publish. When a buyer pays, agree the handover in chat. Your payout is released after the buyer confirms the item or the confirmation window closes without a dispute.
- Are purchases buyer protected?
- Yes. Payments are held securely while the order is completed. After delivery, buyers have 48 hours to raise a dispute if an item is not as described, arrives damaged, or has an authenticity issue.
- Are all items authenticated?
- Every listing is checked for suspicious content. Additional AI and human authentication is optional for eligible luxury items and can be selected at checkout. Successfully authenticated items receive a digital certificate.
- How are items delivered?
- Buyers can choose courier delivery or in-person pickup when the seller offers it. For courier orders, the buyer selects an available date at checkout and the seller prepares the item for collection.
- What fees does LUVED charge?
- Any buyer service, delivery, authentication, or seller fees are shown before you confirm the relevant action. Buyers see their full total at checkout, and sellers see their expected earnings before publishing or accepting an offer.
- How can I contact LUVED support?
